Please read these terms carefully before booking any service with Goa Travel Mart. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to Goa Travel Mart ("we", "us", "our", "GTM"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website goatravelmart.com and all services offered by Goa Travel Mart, including tour packages, activities, accommodation bookings and transport services.
By accessing our website, making an enquiry, placing a booking, or using any of our services, you ("the client", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Note: If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that all members of the group have also agreed to these terms and you take full responsibility for the group's compliance.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Bookings can be made through the following channels:
A booking is considered confirmed only after we have acknowledged your booking in writing (via WhatsApp or email) and received the required advance payment. A confirmation message with your booking details will be sent to your registered phone number or email.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking including names, travel dates, contact details and any special requirements. Goa Travel Mart is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
For certain activities such as Scuba Diving, Watersports and adventure activities, a minimum age of 10–12 years may apply. Specific age and health restrictions are mentioned for each activity. It is the client's responsibility to check eligibility before booking.
A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or package commencement.
All prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation only and are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed price is locked in only after receipt of the advance payment.
Important: All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST and other applicable taxes may be added where applicable. Please confirm the final price inclusive of all taxes at the time of booking.
A payment receipt will be issued for all payments received. Please retain your receipt as proof of payment.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our operational commitments to service providers.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email to info@goatravelmart.com. The date and time of your cancellation message will be used to determine the applicable refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Goa Travel Mart is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Certain services such as third-party event tickets, special permits (e.g. Dudhsagar forest permits), confirmed cruise tickets and hotel bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
You may reschedule your booking subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date are free of charge. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee of ₹200–₹500 per person depending on the service type.
In the event of bad weather, technical issues or force majeure situations, Goa Travel Mart will automatically reschedule activities to the next available slot or offer a full refund — whichever the client prefers.
Clients must ensure they are in adequate physical health to participate in the chosen activities. Certain activities (Scuba Diving, Watersports, Trekking) are not suitable for persons with heart conditions, epilepsy, back/neck injuries, pregnancy, or similar conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions before booking.
All participants must follow the safety briefing and instructions given by our certified guides and instructors. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without any refund.
Goa Travel Mart is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings (phones, cameras, jewellery, etc.) during any activity. We strongly recommend leaving valuables at your accommodation.
Participation in water activities, treks and adventure sports while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
For packages including accommodation, the hotel or villa will be as specified in the package. In the event of unavailability, Goa Travel Mart reserves the right to substitute with a property of equal or superior category. Any such substitution will be communicated promptly.
Room type allocations, specific room requests and early check-in / late checkout are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
Goa Travel Mart acts as a booking intermediary and travel facilitator. Our maximum liability to any client is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability before travelling to Goa.
Goa Travel Mart shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to:
In force majeure situations, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule services or offer partial refunds where feasible.
Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards Goa Travel Mart staff, guides, hotel staff, other travellers and local communities throughout their trip.
Goa Travel Mart reserves the right to terminate services for any client who engages in behaviour that is deemed disruptive, abusive, illegal or harmful to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued and any additional costs incurred will be the client's responsibility.
All content on goatravelmart.com including text, images, logos, graphics, videos and design elements are the intellectual property of Goa Travel Mart or our licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
